There has been a lot of discussion and talk about putting the Dog Park in Highland Park. Highland Park is a beautiful 32 acre park located within the Historic Distric of Old Southwest in Roanoke, VA. Old Southwest, Inc., a group of property owners within that area, have shown extensive support of our plan.
